Michael Maslin has been contributing to The New Yorker since 1977. His cartoons have appeared in four of his own collections as well as in a number of collections co-authored with his wife, fellow New Yorker cartoonist and historian Liza Donnelly. In 2007 he began Ink Spill, a website devoted to New Yorker cartoonists and their history. His biography of The New Yorker’s legendary artist Peter Arno was published in 2016.CN
